My order numbers are[protected]May'17) and [protected] (August'17), the refund for these two are still pending and it's showing "refund processed" status on the same portal. They have transferred one of my refund on payu money on which i dont have any account to access. I am still chasing the refund of these two amounts i. E 654 and 398. Seems like they are looting and befooling people. I really don't know how to get it sorted and that is the reason i am writing to you. Please do the needful. I have also attached screenshots of same order. Please help me out in this. Please.
