Limeroad — refund not credited to my bank account for my cancelled order

I have placed an order with limeroad and i had cancelled it as it was not shipped even after 2 weeks. The refund credited to my lr credits and i requested them to transfer to my bank account. Since there was an option to transfer lr credits to bank account i have provided my bank account and tried transferring. However the status shows queued. I reached out to the customer care email id and they informed me that it will take 7 days to get credited to my bank account. Even after 7 days i didnt get my money back, again i wrote to customer care and the reply was "it will take 5 working days". I dont understand how long i need to wait for my money.
