[Resolved] Limeroad — Refund not received and pathetic customer care service

They say they have processed the refund. Although i haven't received the money and 2 months have passed. The customer care executives dont have any knowledge regarding the bank transactions. They spot the order transaction with the debit amount and mail me with the assertion that the amount is successfully reflecting in my statement. Whereas it was the order transaction. They are so careless, they dont see the bank statements carefully.
I request Limeroad to please refund my money to me at your earliest. 1275rs is certainly not a small amount.
