[Resolved] Limeroad — Refund not received order no-[protected]

To dear concern,

I had returned solid straight kurta which was picked up on 31st Jan 21.i got a confirmation message & email & was also updated on app that pick done successfully.when I asked for refund after waiting for a mnth I got reply product nt rec'd.i am sending emails for the refund but there's no response no call no refund.

Kindly refund the amount or give as LR credit asap.

I am enclosing the returned product confirmation message, email & app screenshot as well .

I had emailed on [email protected], after several emails and a complain at ur site I got the refund in my limeroad account as LR credits. Thank you for your help Mumtaz

Updated by Mkhanjay As usual I got a formal reply on email from customer executive saying give two days.this is the .3rd email saying give two days passed one month, they r delaying .They give me miss call and than I get message from limeroad that I'm not contactable, Infact my mobile phone was in my hand..its a formality by customer service executive to show to seniors that customer is not contactable .I want my money back
