ORDER ID - [protected], I have spoken to the customer care, but they claim to have processed the refund from their end, yet there is no reflection of the refund in my bank account. Moreover, when I requested the refund reference number or transaction ID, they failed to provide any such information, stating that the refund reference number is not visible. It seems to me that they might be deceiving me, and perhaps intentionally delaying the refund. This delay is causing me financial distress. I would like to file a complaint against Limeroad with the consumer forum to expedite the processing of my refund. The order in question is light blue jeans of 399 rupees, for which I initiated a return, and the scheduled pickup was on February 24, 2024, under Return ID [protected]OP1.
