Hi, i have ordered shoes from limeroad, i received the product, but quality is not comfortable for me, material is so hard and heavy weight, now i want to return the product, i have made return request from last 6 days, still i am getting the status return initiated, my order number is [protected], even they have not picked up the product, please help me on that and let me know what process should i follow to get the refund as soon as possible. I have got a post from limeroad addressed from kolkata. In that letter says that I won a lucky contest worth prize 10 lacs and asking me to pay a certain amount to withdraw it..It has a coupon code to redeem also..Seems like a real company offer. But when I googled limeroad customer care and asked them about it they denied it.
