Limeroad — regarding not receiving the order after crossing the expected date of delivery

I have ordered 3 dresses where one is free if i buy 2dresses, the money totally is 963 it is scattered for three dresses.
I have paid 260 for the free dress nd i still not received the main ordered dresses as it has crossed the delivery dates.
