Hi, I ordered a maxi dress which I have found very cheaper quality that's why I want to replace or cancelled . While I cancelled that on the same day when I received. Till now no one come to receive that at my palace and you cancelled my replace request .Why is it so may I know what is my fault? While I am trying daily to contact on your provided number. since I am trying from the receiving day but you did not send any person to receive that item and today I have got your massage that now 7 days up so this request is cancelled. this is unexpected to me... Thank-you
