I had bought a T-shert on limeroad.com during the GOS[censored]nder buy one get one offer. I was not happy with the product and called the lime road customer care number atleast seven times before my call was finally answered. I was told that a pick-up for my product will be arranged within 4 days and the amount i.e Rupees 494/- will be refunded to my account. No one came and my money is gone! I have been calling that number but no one seems to answer. What is happening? PLEASE HELP !!!
My refund amount has been transferred to lr credit as refund mode. I had not selected this lr credit option, then why transfer my money here... i want it to be transferred it to my account like other company do..

on 12th oct. 2017 i bought a top with lr credit with addition of some amount n i didn't like the top n returned on 16th oct.2017 . Now i got my refund as lr credit with same amount of first lr credit n i didnt get de extra amount that i hv added to above amount. when returnin i hv selected to return the amount to account that i have used while payment.

Very Bad Experience, I bought a Canary London Blue Denim Washed Jeans (32) from limeroad but the size is too big. so I request to return but no one is coming to pickup the package I called the persons who was coming to pickup but there response is too poor and what the Customer Care Say after press 2 for return. I had ordered an embroidered semi-stitched suit with jacket on 9-9-2020. Order number #74156014. But the size was too small when arrived so returned it back. I followed up with Limeroad regularly & also got many calls from them on call they were telling to provide two days for refund & on mail they were updating to give 10 days as the support staff are reduced due to Covid. Till yesterday it was showing pending & Today its showing cancelled. Please expedite this issueas its been 50 days from the date of returning.

Very very bad experience with limeroad first time I ordered but it's wrong product I call customer service executive he says I sent you a link please fill your bank details but it shows card details validity or cvv again I call I said its not safe her behavior is very rude and disconnect the call please don't shop on limeroad app it's cheating customers no return file option or no customer support number mention. I want return file but it shows item is not returnable but it's wrong product I did not order this.

It's totally disheartening that you don't send the appropriate goods to the customer and once returned the refund is not initiated. Your main objective is to just earn by fooling out the customer, but this won't last.
Despite of sending so many mails at [protected]@limeroad.com, I haven't received any response from you end.
Please initiate the refund otherwise I will raise a complaint against the company.

I can't see the complaint i registered
I had bought 2 sandals from limeroad.com ₹798 (COD). I was not happy with the product and I've returned back the product. Its been more than 10 days of returing back the product and I hadn't get my money back, in my limeroad acoound the status of getting back the money is pending. I wrote email to customer support several times now they didn't reply. I was scared please help me please.
