I have ordered an pink suede chappal order no [protected] and was delivered on 24 feb 2017. After that i found out the size was not suitable so i decided to return and the pick up was not available at our location. So i do self shipment at blue dart courier service. When i submit self shipment details at my return function at lime road app, it says "there was an unknown error, please try again". Plese help me find an solution.
