I had raised a return as well as exchange order on 1st may 2018. Since that day, every single day i get to know the parcel will be picked up by courier person with in next 24 hours and so far it never happened. Instead, to my great surprise, every following day i am receiving a sms of failed pick-up attempt by the courier person. The assurance of scheduled return pick up by next 24 hours and that never happened.
