Limeroad — Reverse Pickup not being arranged due to which cash refund is pending

Hi,
This is with regards to the online shopping i have done via Limeroad. I had requested for 6 items to be picked up back as i wasnt satisfied with the products. Its been 20 days and this company has taken a slow action in arranging for a reverse pickup and i dont see any fast action taken to have all the items picked. Due to which my refund is still pending. Around 6K is the reimbursement amount i am looking forward.
Kindly advice on the same
