Limeroad — unable to use lr credits

I am unable to use my LR credits on limeroad. It shows that we can redeem all points while making payment but website automatically takes LR credit options. I'm unable to utilise full of 2000₹. As per the website any purchase made above 1000₹ we can use all LR credits. Also product should not be clubbed with any other order. Even though not even single rupee I can use on the time of purchase. My LR credits going to end in another hour and still I couldn't utilise it. I'm highly disappointed with this Limeroad. My product never got delivered to me. But i received order delivered status from LimeRoad. I called the courier guy. He is not receiving my call. Pathetic. I want either the product or my money back.

I have ordered a sweater from your app but I didn't got the right size. So I need a write size which I have ordered. Thank you
