Limeroad — want my refund back to my personal account

I have already sent a complain against the refund that has to be transferrd to my personal account.... Kindly plz take my bank account details and refund it back to my personal account not lime road account. Plz kindly transfer the refund as soon as possible. All the online shopping apps refund the money to bank account but why not lime road it should be the customer wish that after returning the product refund has to go back to the customers bank account or lime road account.

Updated by Sangeeta K Singh I have complained already 3 times please help me getting my money back to my personal account. After complaining there must be immediate response but why this site is not responding such a irresponsible site. Till now not a reply has been sent to me after 3 complains also. I have ordered the item for the 1st time and i didn't like the product i returned but refund i got in lr credits till know after complaining i haven't got my refund back to my personal account. Other sites they respond immediately but not lime road this is horrible i don't want to exchange or buy anything know then my refund should be transferred to my bank account. So please help me as soon as possible.

Other online shopping companies do offer this option then why not limeroad .
