Hi Sir/ Madam,
I placed an order on 23-Apr-2015 for 2 products. I received only one product which was defective, i placed the request for replacement but they didn't picked it up yet. Another one yet not delivered but the status is showing as it has been delivered. I dont know to whom they delivered that product. Called to customer care 4 times, every time they say wait for 2 days. We ll do some thing. I already paid for both the products so I loss Rs.1000 in total.
It was my first experience with Limeroad.com and it was worst. I regulary do online shopping from different sites but never seen the ridiculous services like this.
