My mother had added a carpri pant on her cart in her name sucorin dias. The customer care of limeroad called hee n promised to be charged rs 740/- and they only ordered the same.
1. After ordering they gave a message that it would be 826/-. We texted them back they said the charge would be 744/- because there was a free gift and she a regular customer.
2. On receiving the parcel we paid 744/- of which 699/- rs. Was for Capri and rs 45/- was for "green na limeroad gold" WHICH IS NOT RECEIVED BY US".
3. The quality of Capri was not good so my mother returned it back and requested for a refund of the same. But to our surprise, only 699 rupees are being refunded. The rest 45 rs. Will not be refunded back.
4. I mailed them on my mom's email id [protected]@gmail.com but there was no response, neither the amount of rs. 744 is refunded back.
I don't understand what was this GREEN NA LIMEROAD NA GOLD supposed to be and why was it chargeable if it was not delivered to us.
Secondly, limeroad customer care agent called us up just to add a budern of money on our head. Because the item was just put in cart then why was it ordered with more charges for something not even explained to us
So also, LIMEROAD DOESNT HAVE ANY CONTACT NO. TO GET IN TOUCH WITH AND WITH EMAIL ID ALSO THEY ARE NOT READY TO HELP THEIR REGULAR CUSTOMERS.
instead of giving discount to their regular customers, they are charging even a higher amount.
