Limeroad — Wrong product received from lime road

Address: West Pratapgarh near Shani Mandir house number 4 Bhowmik bari.Agartala Tripura.

I've received a wrong item. But I'm unable to return the product. Kindly help me with return and refund. Customer care number is also not available. I'm not getting any help it's been 3days.
