[Resolved] Limeroad — wrong replacement and casual approach

i ordered for a dress on 15.1.15 which was suppose to reach me within 5 working days, which came after 7 working days on 22.1.15. on top of that it was a wrong order delivered to me. i informed the customer care after some conversation through mail and over phone for 5 days they actually send me the replacement order on 27.1.15 which was delivered to me on 31.1.15 and the same thing happened this time also a wrong order was delivered to me. Again when i called up their customer service they said they cannot provide a replacement of the same they will refund me the amount and like the last time they disconnected the call in the mid of the conversation. i am felling totally harassed as a regular customer this the customer service what is provided. It is a very casual approach from the company towards the customers.

February 2015.My

Today, on 24th Feb 2015 I was very much disappointed by the fact that
wrong items was

delivered to me instead of the ones I ordered .I have already
registered a complaint

regarding this.I would like Limeroad to take immediate action
regarding the issue.
