Link Utsav — Courier charges taken for counter fee payment

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a resident of Sonipat. I went to link utsav office on Gohana road for submission of fee for the high security number plate. I have been charged 295 Rs over and above the plate fee as courier fee. When I asked about the delivery thn I was asked to come to office to collect the same.
I would like to admit that the amount charged is illogical and unethical. Reply that I got from the representative is that fees is collected by company. I am a lawyer by profession. I tried raising the concern on toll free number also but no one picked up. Please resolve the issue asap else I have to take the legal route. Also I will ensure that no such fee is charged from anyone and for those it is charged in the past will be given refund
