With reference to the above subject regarding hsrp number plate for my car having registration number is hr 26br 2754.

I made the payment of rupees 329.00 via online on 18/09/2018 for the hsrp plate. Still i have not received the plate, whatever the online status of the plate is ready and contact to the link utsav gurgaon. I have called so many times on this given no as [protected] and [protected] which are out of reach or switch off every time of call.
Furthermore i went to the link utsav gurgaon for fixation of the plate and i was in a queue for 3 hrs in trice days, and i got the bloody reply, aap ki plate nahi aai hai,, hume pata nahi, jaha puchna hai pucho.
If any problem or fine will be made by police, then i will ask you legally the fine more than 10 times from link utsav gurgaon.
