Link Utsav — hsrp person not available at rla nahan

I am going continuously going to rla office nahan after obtaining the rc on dt 11.01.2018. Your person mr ravi is not available at rla nahan. I am not able to even apply for the hsrp. If any challan or any other proceeding is held then please give me the answer who is responsible for this act.

I also complaint to sdm & superintendent but the phone no. Is also switched off of your person.

By payment on 15th feb 2019, till date i didnot getting response for my no plates, i continuosly contacting mr vikas bharadwaj [protected]for the same but they not reverting me.

HSRP Order No. HR[protected] dated 15/04/2019 is pending. Want to know the status and further procedure. How to contact and know the location and date of fitment.
