Link Utsav — Non delivery of HSRP number plate since july 20-19

Dear Sir,

I got my Maruti Car HR55AG1647 Registered with RTO Gurugram on 22/7/2019 and paid all applicable charges for issue HSRP Number plate bust inspite of repeated visits I am unable to get the delivery of HSRP number plate.

Now due to new orders I am trying to book another HSRP number plate on HSRPHR but its not accepting as my car is registered after 1/4/2020.

The Delhi Govt is challing the non HSRP number vplate vehicles Kindly advice.
