Link Utsav — Payment debit but not receive id

Address: Kripal nagar part. 2 sonipat

2 week ho gaye complaint kiye hue. Koi response nahi aaya mail ka. Very poor hsrp side. 2 nd time payment debit ho gaye but mujhe id nahi mili. Bank statement bhi send kr di. Payment id bhi send kr di. Customer kki koi help nahi kr rahe. Customer service me fon krte hai to koi sahi se answer nahi de rahe.
