Sir,
I have purchased a new car from canteen stores department (Secunderabad) in the month of jan 2019 and same was registered at rto, prakasam (Ongoole) and get rc in the month of mar 2019 vide registration number ap39m2366. But number plate not received from hsrp till now. I approached zonal officer of ongole, hsrp and complaint him. But there is no action and they said "data not received." hence, kindly issue guidance and suitable solution to me.

Sir,

My car REGN NO. HR12 AB 4731 make HONDA CITY diesel regn date is 09 Aug 2016 .

It has the computerised HSRP NO. Plate bearing code No. AA[protected] whereas on generation of the THIRD NUMBER PLATE the Following mistake is seen.

1. Car Regn No. is same (HR12AB 4731) but the computerised number plate code generated is AA[protected] which is different from the existing number plate code of AA[protected]

2. The date of regn is different in third number plate .
actual date of regn is[protected] whereas in the Third number plate it is showing as 01 Apr 2017.

3. it is requested that this ambiguity may please be cleared and correct documentation be provided.
