I have purchased a livpure (Liv-pep-proplus+) water purifier with serial no d8iw44d1042446, on 23/10/2018 from flipkart pvt ltd. There arised a problem with it and i raised a complaint on 16/02/2020 for which a technician visited and said that purifier has ro problem and it has to be replaced for which charges would be rs 3000/. He provided me another option and asked me to take amc as the entire responsibility of water purifier will be taken care by livpure and i need not spend anything for services or damages. Believing his words, i further extended the warranty for another 2 years by paying an additional amount of rs 7000/ on 20/02/2020.
Now again within 5 months, purifier was not working after raising a series of complaints and follow ups from the past one month with job sheet no js[protected], a technician visited and said that ro needs to be replaced and charges to be paid is rs 4000/ as ro will be replaced only once per year. This was not told to me while selling amc. I was amused by the fact, that a brand new livpure water purifier which i purchased worked fine for 1 and 1/2 year and the replaced ro filter which was refurbished mostly (Not a brand new ro filter) did not even last 6 months as all the operating conditions remained same which seriously raises the quality of products and services of your company.
Under the above circumstances, i request you to kindly repair it or replace it immediately.
