I am sharing my experience so that no one else has to go through the level of frustration, stress, and time wastage that I have faced with Livpure/Livpure Smart.

My purifier was installed on 3rd November, and immediately the TDS dropped to an unsafe level of 20. Since then, I have raised multiple tickets, yet no technician visited on time, many calls went unanswered, and several tickets were closed without anyone contacting...

Refund not received from Livpure RO after cancellation

Cancellation of Livpure rental subscription

I have been trying to contact Livpure for several days now for getting the Livpure rental water purifier subscription cancelled and get my deposit refunded. However, I have not been receiving any satisfactory answer, neither the subscription has been cancelled yet nor the water purifier has not yet been Picked up and nor the deposit amount has been refunded,

I purchased a one-year Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for my Livepure water purifier (Model: LIVBOLT+COPPER RO+UV+Min+Cu) on 03 October 2025 through their official WhatsApp support team. I made a payment of ₹4, 556 via Google Pay, which was acknowledged at the time of purchase.

However, even after 10 days, there has been no technician visit, no AMC activation, and no proper response and No technician visit from the customer...

no service for ro water purifier

I have been facing filtration issues with my Liv Pure RO and the TDS levels are gone higher making the water undrinkable. I have called the local service provider (LN Enterprises), and they said that the filters need an urgent replacement. Since then no one came to either replace the filter or clean the filters. AMC not activated

Hi I am writing to inform you that I purchased an 1 year AMC plan from Livpure technician which cost around 5499/- on 15 Jul 25, Today it is 18 Aug 25 and till now the AMC is not yet activated.

When I consulted the customer care, they said As per their records, I purchased AMC on 8 Aug 25 with some different amount but still it is not activated. Livpure is unable to give me proper solution instead of this, they are sharing...

I brought my Livpure glo lite before 1 and half years but they haven't done not even one free service during first year of purchase or paid service after the one year and now my purifier tap broken I am complaining this issue for the past two months and no service person came to my place to repair and every time while calling the customer support they will provide the contact number of the local service person or the service person will call us stating they will come tomorrow to our house and they won't visit us even after begging them and they won't answer the calls this is continuously happening and I am really pissed off.
LivPure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I am a Livpure customer using their water purifier for over 3 years. I purchased an AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) last year to get the filters replaced — for the first time since purchase.
    However, no service has been provided for over 4 months, despite:
    Repeated calls to customer care (always false promises of "escalation")
    Emails to support (no reply)
    Assigned technician not answering calls
    Most importantly, the RO membrane — the critical filter — has never been changed, which is a serious health risk.
    This amounts to:
    Deficiency in service
    Cheating and unfair trade practice
    Misuse of paid AMC amount
    I have already filed a grievance on PGPortal (Government) and will escalate to Consumer Court via e-Daakhil if no action is taken.
    I urge others to avoid Livpure’s AMC unless they take full responsibility and resolve this immediately.
    LivPure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Acmc not activated even after 15 days
