Complaint REF NO: JS-[protected] RAISED MAY 21 ESCALATED MAY 25 ALLOTTED TECHNICIAN HAS NOT RESPONDED TO MY CALLS LIVPURE HEAD OFFICE has closed THIS COMPLAINT abruptly CALL CENTER LIVPURE - CALLED 22 TIMES FOR CONNECTION they have raised a new COMPLAINT NO: JS-[protected] ON MAY 28 AGAIN The ALLOTTED technician are not at all responding to my calls. NOW LIVPURE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER ALSO NOT AVAILABLE AND DISCONNECTING ABRUPTLY. MORE THAN 3 WEEKS SINCE PROBLEM WITH OUR FILTER AND NO SERVICE. It is 40 days now, and still no resolution from concerned. No one has bothered to call me or even email me. Guess this is not going to be solved in this portal.
