Hi Team,
My warranty period for livpure water purifier installed at my home is completed. Upon frequent calls/requests from Livpure, So I have extended 2 years service by paying 6460 rs amount on 01/22/2020 date (Jan 22nd). Please find the attached invoice for your reference.
In May month I called Livpure customer care and raised service request for issue with filters. But call received from service engineer after 1 month.
When really help is required, I didnt get any call/follow up from Livpure for my issue resolution. So I took third party service to fix my issue and paid for their service.
After paying for 2 years service, but not getting on-time response from Livpure. Even when am approaching Livpure customer care they are suggesting to send an email and not resolving my query.
Customer care guys are very poor and don't have knowledge on what they are dealing with. I am very much disappointed with Livpure customer care.
I have below concerns with you.
1. If customer care (in call) will not work on my concerns and have to send email to you for all my concerns. Why its not conveyed to me while availing/paying 2 years service charges? I feel E-Mail is not the right thing to address concerns. What about not well read persons. How they write an email. They can only approach through call.
2. As your service team is not responding on time or not resolving my issues on-time. What about the amount (6460 rs amount) I have paid to you for 2 years service.
Even I sent an email and ticket generated is (69619). But no call is received from Livpure.
Please help me on this.
