Livpure — Not able to provide proper service

Address: Plot#87, Aryabatta Nagar, Degalapalem post, Sullurpet 524121

Hi Team,
I was trying to raise a service request in portal but its not showing where to raise. Couple of times I have raised earlier but service is not so good.
6 months over from the last service that was done from nearest authorise centre(pin 524121).
