Considering that Livpure service would be good, I took AMC for 4 years few months back. I do get messages of free services, but no one would attend. Even problem comes below is Livpure response.
They (mailing to [protected]@livpure.in) do not respond when a customer is in need. kindly find the attachment.
If we call to customer care number, they say we get call back in a short while. We don't get response. If any audible issue, it is customer concern, they don't bother or call back giving customer concern priority. If we call even again to customer care, NO ONE WOULD CALL AND KNOW CONCERN.
Local management (Hyderabad): They don't pick up the calls or even respond to text or whatsapp messages. Please find the attachment.
FOR ME, THESE ARE COMMON AND EVERYTIME PROBLEMS WITH LIVPURE. THEY TAKE OUR FULL TIME AND ENERGY.
LIVPURE HAS DISCONNECTED ALL MODES THROUGH WHICH A CUSTOMER CAN CONTACT IT.
I paid Rs. 15000/- which is of no worth. I really appreciate if I could be informed atleast one means to retain my money.
