Someone using my photos

Hello, I have come across an ad where someone is using my photos without my consent, the number attached to it is not my phone number so it's obviously not me and I need this taken down immediately. I have children and family and I need it gone. Please assist me with this ASAP.

I've paid for a premium account but every time I post an ad, I receive a little notification next to the ad saying 'Low visibility'. When I search for the ad, it's no where to be found and when I read the other ads posted, they are no different to mine....
