complaint about doctor named abdul rehman in emergency ward

Doctors are meant to help people coming out of the pain / injuries they have but today i met a doctor who didn't help me at all. His name is dr. Abdul rehman from lok nayak jai prakash hospital (Emergency) who was considered as the senior doctor available. However, i didn't feel like speaking to a doctor. Today i visited first time Lok Nayak Hospital Delhi.
