I ordered a hoodie worth 2300 rs from them.They delivered almost 15 days late and once i received the quality and size wasn't correct. Their chat team asked me to arrange for return to them myself. I paid extra money for return. The product was delivered to them and there was no confirmation or acknowledgement of that nor any refund nor anybody replied. Now i lost my product and extra delivery charges and no refund. This is FRAUD. Im planning to drop a legal notice is they don't resolve it. Was this information helpful? |
