Before placing a birthday cake order I have chatted with customer care, I was told that Item will be delivered as early as 8.30.
Day before of delivery date they called my sister and informed Item cannot be delivered on the requested date and will be delivered next day.
Who would want to get a birthday cake on day after birthday ?
After placing the order when i chatted with customer care, there was a change in voice
"Our delivery timings are 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM and we only commit the same day delivery there is no time commitment as deliveries are effort based."
