Before placing a birthday cake order I have chatted with customer care, I was told that Item will be delivered as early as 8.30.
Day before of delivery date they called my sister and informed Item cannot be delivered on the requested date and will be delivered next day.
Who would want to get a birthday cake on day after birthday ?
After placing the order when i chatted with customer care, there was a change in voice

Dear sir,
As I ordered (30 inches) TEDDY on Feb 13, 2014 Order Number: CART37440801
And received material on FEB 13, 2014 (9.30 pm) the size was
10inches, so I complained to your contact person([protected]) and changed the
teddy with new one,
Still the new TEDDY is having printed size tag it shows (55cm)
almost 21.6 inches, I had a contact with your contact person he told...
