उपरोक्त विषय अंतर्गत नम्र निवेदन है कि आपकी फाइनेंस कंपनी से मैं ने कोई ट्रैक्टर लोन नहीं लिया है, परन्तु मेरे पैन कार्ड की डिटेल में आपकी कंपनी l&t फिन से एक ट्रैक्टर लोन दिखाया जा रहा है इसलिए श्रीमान से निवेदन है कि आप मेरे इस डिटेल को चेक करें और इसका सलूशन जल्द से जल्द करें

I had been to vfm showroom in Bangalore Hennur main road on 12 th February 2021, l & t housing executive Ms. GOWTHAMI spoke in very bad manner. Then I called area sales manager mr vinayak shetty even he was very rude. We would like to file a complaint. kindly cal me [protected].
Mr vinayak told me, he got my address proof and residential address, , he will come to my home. Mr vinayak shetty is threatening me .
We expect the kind person, kind words from services...they can't even communicate properly.
I have shared contact details o[censored]r area sales manager ii n Bangalore. Very worst person..he is not worth for this post.
Because of clients employees getting salary, , , u should treat us professional manner. I request you to take call on this.

Hi my name is shoaeb i had taken a bike activa 4g in 2018 for a tenure of 24 months my loan no # 3716947 i have cleared all my emi without any late payment as soon completion of my last emi in march 2020 i recieve a call from your l&t agent about the cheque bounce charges for all the 20 months which i was paying cash at the l&t private agent office .
Instead of reptedly informing all the l& t agents about not issueing the cheque at the bank for some internal issues regarding my account .They kept on charging me the cheque bounce amount for all the 20 months.
As i have clearly stated to all the agents about the bank issue .
Now i have getting constant calls from your agents to settel the amount .I would please request you please help me wave of the extra amount and hand over me the noc for my bike.
I would appreciate if something possitive work out for me.

Hello my name is kailas sawant.and my agreement number is 4713177.my loan tenure was of 35 months which has completed in may 2022.
i was unable to pay the current month of emi which has date of 3 feb 2021, you are charging me unbelievebly 1372 for check bounce charges, while check bounce charges are only 413 rs but you have deducted extra charges.
i would like to request you to return the money to me.

Hello, my name Is Raja kumar and my agreement number is 4008950.My loan tenure was of 30 months which has completed in February 2021.Now, I want to close my loan with all the emis I was unable to pay during lockdown.You are charging me unbelievably 16000 for cheque bounce charge, and you have also ruined my cibil score.Just two months after the loan disbursement I have told them I don't use this bank account anymore, I am going to pay online, they have not done anything

सर आपकी फाइनेंस कंपनी से हमारा बाइक लोन चल रहा है । जिसकी ईएमआई हर महीने की 3 तारीख को जाती है पर पिछले 3 महीनो से आपकी फाइनेंस कंपनी द्वारा हमारे अकाउंट में बैलेंस होने बाद भी ईएमआई नही काटी जा रही है जिससे हमारे सिविल स्कोर कम हो रहा है और बाउंसिंग चार्ज लग रहा है। हम आपकी फाइनेंस कंपनी की इंदौर ब्रांच में भी जाकर बोलते है तो वो भी हमारी कोई बात नही सुन रहे है । और इस महीने की मतलब फरवरी की में ईएमआई नही काटी जा रही है हमारे अकाउंट में बैलेंस होने के बाद भी आप जल्द से जल्द हमारी समस्या का निराकरण करे।

My father died at Feb 2020 after I claim my father insurance but it was not till now please clarify it as soon as possible because it was painful to give installment every month

My loan is totally repaid, and it's more then a year, i have been asking for noc and form 35, still i have not received.

There is no outstanding in my loan account after discussion and submission of all the receipts.

இந்த நம்பரில் இருந்து என்னை தொடர்பு கொன்டவர்கள் என்னை தரக்குறைவாக பேசுகிறார்கள் மற்றும் பணம் உடனடியாக கட்ட வேண்டும் என்று அழுத்தம் கொடுக்கிறார்கள் நான் ஒவ்வொரு மாதமும் சரியாக பனம் செலுத்தி வருகிறேன் இந்த மாதம் தரைகுறைவாக பேசியதால் பனம் செலுத்தவில்லை இதற்க்கு சரியான நடவடிக்கையை எடுத்தால் பனம் உடனடியாக செலுத்திவிடுகிறேன்.

One of the L&T staff from banglore office called me to pay fine amount of ₹730 (approximately) . Already my loan amount completed. He was calling me so many times since last week. Due to my busy schedule I was not able to vist office... Today (21/01/2021)also at around 12.00(afternoon) he called me and said same.. I replied ok...then suddenly he started scolding in hindi (CHUTIYA, TERI MAKI)... his name: (MANISH) and contact details: [protected]... Please take the serious action against this and teach ur employees how to talk with customer. This very injustice to kannadigas...

I purchase a flat in lodha pallavva, they offered me go with L&T finance. A very sweet talking guys, me, late he (prakash mishara)piched me for the Home Loan for 7 percent.
This guy took money for franking 16910 and for processing he took 1180 which is way above what is required, I dont know why he looted

me,
I also confirmed him that i have salary credit on 10 of every month for which he agreed, for 3 months the debit happened on 10th of every month, and one day suddenly they tried to take the money out on 3rd which made emi bounce, since then they have increased my interest

since then they have increased my interest rate to 9%, i am trying to contact my account

manager since lockdown he is not answering the phone. i was forced to visit branch
When i went their i see a waiting for 4 hours
He directed me to go home after filling a form.
as they will resolve the issue and call me in 4 days.
These has been 2 months now, no one has call all of sudden i got an email of customer convinced please reduce the interest to 7.25. Since they were not answering the call i was thinking to opt for other bank as they are offering way lesser,

Question,
1 . how can i get my foreclosure,
2. Franking charges are 16910 ?
3. How do i get this money back
