Overcharged my account and not providing my refund and papers

I had two loan accounts in L&T Housing Finance Company, M.P Nagar Zone 2 Bhopal, Housing Loan Account BOPHL14000120 and BOPHL14000152. I had made full payment towards the foreclosure of this loan. Not foreclosing my loan account even after full payment

Fraud Racket in Mumbai

Non payment of interest on the excess payment taken against pre-closure of vehicle loan.

I have purchased vehicle from the L&T finance Ltd. through my office.
The pre-closure amount for settlement of loan was informed by the company and say X amount is taken from me for NOC.
Later on, on rechecking, the final amount was less than the accepted amount, say Y..
The difference of Invoice value against payment collected by finance company was supposed to be returned by the company, immediately after finalisation...
