overdue issue

Loan no.2347433, customer name - suchon phukon, emi - 2607. My seven emi are not paid and it cost18117, and over due 10000. But i paid my emi in time. But dibrugarh l& t finance branch didn't response to it the agents didn't reply. Why should i have to pay the overdue when i already have paid hard cash. Please help me out. I think it's a fraud by the agents...

Hi,

I have paid the dues which were pending from mine side and i want you to close the account as soon as possible and make sure it si reflecting in cibil as closed. I had asked the representative they said it will take 41 working days to reflect and asked them cant be done soon like within week or less and they said i have to raise the complaint to make it m=fast.

      Dear sirs / madam,

      This is for your kind information that my captioned auto loan account still showing active on cibil though it was foreclosed on september 2015.

      This is quite unfortunate that organisation like l&t is not concerned about the promises and duty towards there customers.

      I got my no due certificate after made the foreclosure amount of rs. 84, 160/- (Eighty four thousand one hundred and sixty only) on 23rd of september 2015. But unfortunately status of my loan showing still active with an outstanding amount of rs. 85, 402/- (Eighty five thousand four hundred and two only) on cibil, which is against my credit records.

      Please explain and request you to take necessary action
      To resolve the issue on immediate basis. Hope you will not bound me to take up the matter to the further serious level which may lead upto claim compensation.

      Still hope you will be kind enough and consider this complaint on serious note and revert back as early as possible.

      Please note : do not expect any further reminder regarding the same.

          We had applied for home loan for consturction of house, but we are not at all happy with the way your vadodara city branch is working, since last 15 days we had been following for first part disbursement but strating from gave request for technical visit to till date we had no clues what is going on? Employee of your co says that they shift their office to new premises it was a happend on 7days back but still they inform us that'the it & networking not set up i am very amaze how can your co running business like this with such a branch like l&t,
          The vendors & contractor is following with me since 10 days for their due payement, now i am under hugh mental pressure due to their storng follow up,

            I have taken home loan from l&t finance in 2014. I have paid my interest on regular basis. L&t finance, home loan division has not send proper report to cibil. I raised a dispute with cibil, cibil also send number of reminders but in vain.

            Due to this, my credit score has come down 610 without my fault.

            My account with l&t finance is standard.

              I have bought two wheeler before 2 month ago. Taken finance from l & t as they are partner with two wheeler dealer. I have given 3 cheque as 1 advance instalment and 2 as deposit. They deposited 1st advance instalment cheque which passes properly. Next month i got call from they customer service that my ecs form was rejected. So i need to go to their branch sign new form and pay cash for current month instalment. I called they toll free number for reason but they are not able to give answer and saying same that i need to go to branch and sign form again. I went to branch and asked reason, no one able to answer. I asked for new form so they given and also asked for 1 cancel cheque which i had not taken with me as no one has given information. Now i filled form and went again to submit it. They are still in delema that for joint account do they required both member sign or only 1. So i given 2 form. Now they are saying this will take 45 days to clear ecs form so i need to pay cash for current month instalment. Pathetic. India's pm saying to cashless and company like l & t saying go with cash. Pathetic service. Pathetic customer care. Pathetic branch staff. Even they no do have machine to use debit card for instalment. No online payment. Their customer portal is not working. Do you believe l & t infotech is one of big company in it and their subsidiary company has these pathetic customer portal. I request to all people do not go with l & t. They are totally unprofessional people. I will file same complaint in gov of india portal.

                I had taken a loan in 2012 from family credit india limited loan no.1468052 (Taken over by p&t finance ltd) and i wasn't able to repay the loan of about 3 months (Not continuously). 6 month of loan was left to completion and i wasn't able to pay for 3 months.

                I had given the vehicle to my friend before the day it was acquired by them. A person came to my friend's home and took the vehicle without any seizing letter or any kind.

                I spoke to them about it but they were saying that but they said that they have sold the vehicle it to other without intimating me.

                Now i requested about a noc or any kind of letter disclaiming that "in future i have no regards with the vehicle". But they keep on saying that they don't give any kind of letters instead they will gave to others who owned my vehicle. Then i requested them to change the ownership of the vehicle and they got agreed and said it will be done as soon as possible.

                Now it almost 2 years the ownership remains the same on me. I has visited them for almost 5 times regarding this issue and mailed to the company. I had visited recently to the company on 14th august 2017 at l&t finance office at begumpet, hyderabad, telangana and they were not able to talk to me regarding this.

                My question is there is any kind of legal provision to obtain the vehicle back by filing a complaint on it to nearby ps (Because it is on my name) and should i leave it to the company and wait for future happenings.

                I was worried if the vehicle has some cases they will reflect it on me in future or in near.

                Can you please suggest with this.

                And also i had paid almost full of loan amount and if there any possible payment of amount reversal which i can get will be helpful for me.

                      This is always problem with this company. I has same issue where my ECS rejected and no one able to answer the reason. Their customer service people called on daily basis and asking for money like we stole some money from them. Pathetic customer care. and pathetic branch staff.

                          I am kathiresan from namakkal. I bought a auto loan no:kgb127049r[protected] from your concern. From the beginning itself your salem branch team did not respond my ecs process. Regarding that i went to salem branch many times in person. I received a mail on 10.9.2015 from k. Ganesh for the rejected reason only. After that i went to salem branch and i gave cheques for further instalments. But your officials never presented the due cheques in time regularly till date.in the mean time i closed my od account and i informed this matter to the branch not to present the cheque for due and i told them that i will pay the due amount by cash. They agreed for that but they still presented the cheque in the bank and got rejected. Thats the only cheque got return by bank for the above reason. You can check my track record from your side. After that i gave 12 cheque leaves to your officials and told them to present the cheque on the due date exactly but they didn't present the cheque properly in due date. When i asked them the reason for not presenting cheques in time, they replied that "all those cheques have been sent to head office not in our custody". Last three dues cheque have presented improper date by you only after my tele call to your customer care. Current month due also not cleared till date after my communication to your customercare, because of this type of transactions my cibil score getting affected very poorly, and i couldn't move any of my financial needs with other institutions. Kindly look into this matter very seriously and revert me at the earliest with exact clarification. I pleased to request you to present my remaining due cheques in time.

Muthoji rao has been mentioned in cibil balance, as we are unknown of the name being added in our name. We were informed about the cibil balance while we applied for loan. The balance shows for auto loan.

                            As per my knowledge we have not given any details for the above loan in the name of muthoji rao.

                              I had a two wheeler loan account no 2249883 with LNT finance all dues are cleared from side as well I got NOC from the LNT finance but in which cibil I am showing a defaulter when I paid all due than why the company blaming me a defaulter there are having issue in there system company taken my signed on ECS FORM WHen I had taken two wheeler loan from the company but no one single payment debit from my saving account and company charged me penalty approx 6000/- now please resolve my issue asap

                                Hi team,

                                My vehicle loan was started in month of november 2015.

                                1) you guys didn't debited emi from my hdfc account. I have bank statement with me. Still you guys charged me for bouncing and late payment fee. This is ridiculous.

                                2) in month of may 2016 i went to your chinchwad branch to let you know guys that i will pay the june emi on 8 instead of 7 as my account was not funded but i did not get proper response from them.

                                3) the june emi was debited on 14 june from my account. Still you charged me for bouncing charges and late payment fee.

                                4) also my account was salaried account i told chinchwad branch to change my ecs from hdfc bank to maharashtra bank.

                                They told me that it not possible as there are only two emi's are pending. We will send someone to collect the emi.

                                5) you can check attached bank statement for reference where you can see the amount did not debited in month of november 2015 and ssalary did not credited from july 2016 to november 2016.

                                I need positive reply from you guys.

                                Otherwise i will take this issue in public forum or will take you guys in consumer cort.

                                One more thing i am not going visit to your any branch now.

                                  Harassing for additional charges
                                  I bought a two wheeler in march, 2014 & personal loan april, 2015 after getting loan from Family Credit Limited (Now L&T Finance) with loan number [protected] wheeler) & agreement no.2278801 (personal loan)for which i have cleared all my EMIs for 36 months &24 months with out failing through ECS and EMI is completed march 2017 & april 2017.

                                  End of the loan period one of the executive(Arijit & ph no-[protected])from Family credit called me for EMI and over due charge to be not paid, When i asked for the reason, the executive telling me to pay more 4359 + 1331 rupees.

                                  (During the loan period i have always maintained sufficient funds in my bank account to clear EMI. Never i have missed an EMI)

                                  Now, i got a call from Family Credit Limited(Now L&T Finance) asking me to pay an additional amount of Rs 4559/- &Rs 1331/- to get my NOC.

                                  When i asked for the reason they said that this extra amount is for the cheque bounce charges.

                                  I paid all EMI's on time to time besis, but now they are harrasing us and making us to pay more and behaving like rowdies and goons and taking rudly, so i'm thinking of file a consumer case ion the company.

                                  The funny part about the Family Credit Limited is that they don't even use emails to communicate the issue, because once if they send any email on this issue they can be dragged to court .So they are calling at least once in a day from last 2months(Nearly i received 100 calls) to collect that extra money.

                                  So my final request for all the seekers of loan is please never approach or apply loan in Family Credit Limited (Owned by L&T Finance).

                                    Dear team,

                                    When I needed List of Docs of HL with you, initially I sent a mail for same. On follow up, I got a call stating that I need to visit nearby office.

                                    When visited to your office at F C Collage road, heard so many surprises.
                                    1) I have to pay 300/- to get list of docs
                                    2) Foreclosure letter will be issued only after 15 working days from request received.
                                    3) for Foreclosure letter I have to do follow up with Aurangabad branch as my loan was processed from there.

                                    I think L&T is flooded with customers & hence such revert is been communicated to current customers.
