Magadh University — degree certificate issue

I am Kumar Shivam Dheer (session 2014-17) Student of Admerit College Western Campus Patna under Magadh University Bodhgaya. I had Applied for my Degree Certificate on 27/08/2019 through the website. Till now date, there is no update regarding this. I have also try to Contact the university through phone and email but unable to make any contact. So I m requesting you to please take relevant action. Because this degree certificate is very much important for my future ..For applying various form I need this certificate.
I am Also attaching the slip which was generated at the time of applying.

Hi Team,

I am Shahnaz Rahmat (session 2002-05) Student of S.U.College Hilsa, Nalanda under Magadh University Bodhgaya. I had Applied for my Degree Certificate on 04-Dec-2020 through the website.
I have submitted the form and have done two times payment still I didn't get request document. I have sent mail on [protected]@magadhuniversity.org and getting error. I raised the ticket from portal and mentioned the ticket number - #7879935 https://helpenable.com. but no response.

I have sent several times email on ticket but not getting any response.

I have lost my offer letter from company asking degree certificate at least acceptance status but I tried so many time even went to Magadh University and College but not get any response and help.

I have done MBA and for MBA degree, asking graduation degree then that University will be giving MBA certificate.

This is the chain link without one will be completing other will not e executing but Magadh Univesity is just crashing the students careers.

Even will check the status, sometimes error, sometimes con.open() code issue it means it seems that they just disconnect the connection of database so that data couldn't be populating for users.

This is the second times Company gave the chance to provide the certificate. First time I tried in University and College but no result after 20 days again Company asked to provide me acceptance status that at-least University is being processed the degree certificate but after submit online, MU detect 700 Rs money two times and didn't show the status. Why? Even not confirm it has been updated or not.

Please help me asap and return my 700 Rs which is transacted two times and provide the status of the certificate - requested document.
