Sir,
Magzter deducted Rs 399 from my paytm wallet without consent. I never subscribed to it for the second month. How can they charge me for a product I don't want.
Emails to both Magzter and PayTM were futile. They never wanted to return the money in the first place. It was a pre-planned scam.
Screenshots of the transactions and emails are attached.
Kindly, instruct Magzter / Paytm to refund the amount.

We have also mentioned it clearly in the checkout page that you can cancel the auto renewal of any of your subscriptions by contacting us 24-48 hours before the subscription period.
We have received your request to cancel the auto renewal of your subscription only after the auto renewals went through.
We have cancelled the auto renewal of your subscription and going forward your subscription will not be auto renewed.
