They charged me rs 370 /- for FREE gold subscription.

Customer executive said they found that amount deducted for free trial but cannot refund.
No refund option available even for wrong deductions.

Only store credit is available and can't renew subscription with store credit.

It's a scam.
False advertisement as
1) "FREE 30 day trial"
2) deduct amount
3) trap into store credit.

Please look into this. PFA eMail screenshots.

I have subscribed for down to earth magazine on 15.09.2016 but not got any issue until now on 17.09.2016.so please send the books as far as possible.

I had paid 999 and subscribed it annually as per the plan Magzter promoted. Money was duly deducted from my account. Suddenly after 4 months o[censored]sage it got deactivated I have no clue. Not able to reach them. What to do.

I need urgent help.
