Magzter India — magzter not cancelling gold subscription

Hi, I had subscribed for magzter gold subscription in august, 2017. I want to cancel it now as they are auto deducting the monthly fees without ny permission, however, there is no way to do that from their app or website. It is very dissapointing that they are not even replying on several emails i've sent them. I found on my bank statement and found that they are auto-debiting.
