Magzter India — no response on mail & subscription charged automatically without prior informing.

Hi,

My name is sameer as my case #: 00450232.

I had mailed on the official mail id of master helpdesk since 16/07/20 as they charged me rs.999 on 17/07 for magzter gold subscription without having my consent.

Magzter doesn't have collection of all newspapers & latest updated magazines which are required in day to day life & even it is not as useful for me & my family. I had tried this for 3 months & than tried to contact magzter but no source but only mail & that too no response from their side.

It's totally loot & no use o[censored]sing such app.
They are not responding to the mail since it has been more than 48 hrs & i had mailed them again to give a reply but, still no response. Kindly escalate this on high level & kindly get my refund back & make the cancellation of the subscription.
