Incorrect Bill/False Bill

Cutting of Electricity without giving any notice and More electricity bills

Every month bill is generated for a period of date range suppose like 18-NOV-16 to 24-DEC-16. Why again the same ending date repeated as starting date for every month? We had already paid including of 24-DEC-16 for example, again the next bill generated with starting date as 24-DEC-16 to 28-JAN-17?

Unauthorised access billing

Excess Charged
