I have been paying bills in time but this Nov16 bill they have charged arrears.
Charged Rs.2022 as arrears when all bills paid in time.
This is hafta vasuli by MSEDCL.
I want them to eloborate the calculation of atrears and can they be more than the bill ?

Not accepting payment in pd scheme

Forced to pay bill twice in spite of proof of earlier month payment
