I booked a ticket for 22nd March. Money got deducted but ticket was not generated. It is showing in failed ticket with voucher no. 1091117. I request you to please initiate refund.

Booked at ticket from MSRTC app and dint receive by ticket only recieved the voucher no. 1297684.and the refund status says not required. My money is cut out from the account. Please provide my refund
