Original Message Amazon Team, I had purchased a APPLE -I Phone Apple iPhone 5s (Space Grey, 32GB) Rs.41, 250on 28 Feb'15 order (#[protected] I purchased the phone from your side because at that time their was an offer going on for HDFC Bank Credit Card customers- 8400/- cash back after 3 months of purchase and 6300 gift card to be credited in my amazon account. But till now I have received only 7800 cash. What about rest 600 rs and 6300 gift card Not credited in my amazon account I am continuously taking to customer care but they always say that back end team is working for same. This is really a fake excuse, I am really irritated by this sort of follow-up and why I have to do this. Are your Amazon company is their for fake and false deals.
