Mahendra Singh — non refund of cancelled tickets

I have cancelled my one train tickets of ac-ii tier worth rs.21880/- from hz. Nizamudin to ksr benglaru on 27.12.2016. But till now i have not get any refund amount. I had booked the ticket from reservation counter, delhi cantt.

Although i have returned my cancelled tickets at railway station, delhi cantt. And gave me a tdr and assured me to refund the amount after april, 2017. But till now nothing has been refund/transferred in my bank saving account no. [protected] (Hdfc bank, gopinath bazar, delhi cantt.)

Please refund the above amount of rs.21880/-, after necessary deduction, without any further delay.
