Sir

I had purchased mahindra xuv 500 automatic model (Hr 26 cz1431) from sterling motors, gurgaon on 30 oct 16.

After my first service at g3 motors, mumbai, my vehicle started having lot of problems hissing sound from turbo, low fuel average.

The vehicle was twice sent back to g 3 motors who kept my vehicle for 2 days without any respite in getting said problem getting solved.
The hissing /unusual sound from the turbo from engine side still continues. The g3 motors rm mr gopal says modular or turbo or inter cooler is faulty needs to replaced.

The average of vehicle is very poor and hissing sound is persistent.

I donot trust g3 motors service because they keep the vehicle without resolving the issues. While at customer loungr most of the customer said that the service quality in g3 motors is always an issue and i too faced the same after first service which was escalated my me to mr anand mahindra on twitter and after his intervention my issues of poor first service was resolved.

Kindly let me know that ever after spending more than 20 lakhs rupees on xuv the customer have to face vehicle manufacturing defects and desi garage level service quality.

If my new vehicle which is faulty due to poor quality of spare parts is not repaired in this week, i will have no other option but to go to mass media and court of law to fight for my customer rights.

My vehicle speedometer is 6200 kms and vehicle lying in goregaon, mumbai.

    I had own a mahindra bolero run about 40000. I am from kerala and i an servicing my vehicle at mahindra service kottayam, thellakom. The service they offer were too bad and unsatisfactory. Spare parts and services were over priced and they are saying to replace the parts which has small complaint instead of a thorough check up or rectifying that. I am too much disappointed to face this challenges after the run of just 40000km. They assumed a bill about 25000.. It was too heavy to maintain in this situation. I am not at all satisfied with the service i get. I enquired about the price of parts from outer market. There price is half of price of your service center. How can we afford all these in this scenario. Too much billing price. Sorry

      Sir this is gufran. Sir i wanna complaint against anurag pandey and account amar chodhry moradabad branch.. Respected sir mr anurag take 10000 for finance to me.. To saying that i will do ur finance and he use hire purchase in my r c... But now he is avoid to me... And saying that i can't do... And he is not giving my noc for remove ur company name..in my rc... And this is tym period before one year... Sir kindly plz help me... Plz remove ur company name in my rc... Neither i will do legel against company and anurag and amar...

        I am fed up of the service provided by the service centre tiger eye in gurgaon which has spoiled my suv and made it into a scrape. The mileage is gone the ac is not serviced and wipers are spoiled. Even before kms are covered the brake and clutch are changed with excuse that it has been damaged. Bills are so high that it is better i buy a new vehical. I am so disappointed with tiger eye. The don't give my vehical the care it needs but keep charging me. I was happy till i realised the vehical problems were building up and now they will not accept they are at fault for not properly servicing my vehical. Toyota innova same year purrs like a kitten milleage is there and service bills are 2000/- max 5000/-. Each service i pay 20000/- to 30000/- and still i am not satisfied. To travel long distance i cannot use my scorpio. I want the company to please give me the service i want.

          I have brought new vehicle from mahindra showroom located at virudhunagar. Tamilnadu. My vehicle no is tn67 bd5136, i had problem with steering so i had shown in the showroom. They done the repair work 10 days back only. Now again the same problem is there, i m unable to drive the vehicle. The showroom people always give me reason like either they don't have parts or it will be available in 2-3 days or there is no technician. Last time my vehicle was in showroom for at least 15 days. Now also the same story is being repeated. Now they r saying there is problem with supro model only. Showroom people doesn't matter that vehicle is in off condition, but i m facing double loss as anyway i have to pay the installment & i m not getting any use of the vehicle.
          If you are unable to solve the problem at least stop selling further units as more people are going to suffer. I will never advise anyone to go for mahindra again. I m so disappointed with mahindra. My contact no is ([protected])

              This is bhavesh mohan gohil a customer of yours who've booked a mahindra tuv300 t8 mt and also is done with the billing having a due date of delivery on the 21st of september. The issue is that your general manager mr. Ashish patel commited us to give accessories worth rs.5000/- along with all the benefits. Until than as i decided to have my car insurance done from outside ur people is saying a no for the free accessories because i've not got the insurance from ur company & thats unfair. Nothing as such was told to me that if i dont get the insurance from mahindra i wont get the accessories. So i believe to have your full support for the same & hoping that mahindra keeps up their promise. Hoping an urgent revert back for my concern. Please find the attached invoice for the same.                 I have mahindra pickup vehicle rj24 ga 3501. I have submitted my vehicle on 3rd august 2017 in your k. S. Mahindra showroom, udaipur because of my vehicle insured and i had accident of my vehicle. Till today my vehicle not ready. I am very dissatisfied from your service.in market reputation, your company provide better service segment, but in my case no response from your service center. I had called so many times to service center, but no response given by him. This vehicle i used for my business purpose, from 3rd august 2017, i had make loss 5000/- indian rupees per day.

                I am in depression, because of my business not work properly and i had loss per day. How can i bear this loss per day.

                    My vehicle number ka05, mt1736 newly purchased mahindra kuv100 f8 met with a small accident and it is taken to service centre at karnataka agencies, chikmangalore. I am residing at bangalore and i hv left my vehicle at chikmangalore, its been a more than 10 days still they haven't received the spare parts of the vehicle to get it repaired. I am worried that its a new vehicle and why its so delay in supplying the spare parts. I have referred to purchase this vehicle to my friend too. Kindly make necessary arrangements and supply the spare parts to the above said agency, so that i can take back my vehicle soon.

                      My bolero champer gold km 8200. I was driving on rod steering rod ejected automatically due to this tyre rod too got bend.. I talk jalgaon mahindra showroom about this company defect. Jalgaon showroom don't entertain properly and they don't have spare parts too.. Since 4 days my veichle is stand alone
                      Take strict action.. Else i will lodge complain in consumer court

                          I have purchased mahendra quanto c6 in march 2013 and gets regular service at mahedra service centres at chennai.
                          While driving my vehicle from kanniyakumari to chennai, at trichy abs indications appeared in my dash board and i took the vehicle at trichy mahindra service centre on 16th july 2017. They checked and informed that the sensors are to be checked and there is no spare available at trichy. I told that i will check up the abs issue at chennai, as i can't wait for spares to come.
                          I took the vehicle at chennai kerugambakkam service centre and they checked and informed that the sensors are ok but the abs unit is faulty and to be replaced. The cost of the unit is around 35, 000/-. I am shocked to hear that the cost is around thirty five thousand rupees and they also told that such failures not occurred earlier.
                          I strongly feel that this a premature failure of components and taken up the matter with mahindra and mahindra, but there is no response at all.
                          I request to help to solve the issue.

                            Hi,

                            I own a mahindra xuv500 and the car is only 3 years old. I have driven almost 54.5k. From the very beginning the car had some niggle or the other and evn though the car has been serviced on a regular basis it continues to throw up issues which i feel are merely due to lapse in quality checks.

                            On top multiple brake pad changes, during my 50k service 2 months back the service station suggested that the brake discs should be changed and i went ahead and did so. Inside two months i am again facing issue with the break. I met with an accident last evening when my brakes did not respond and i banged into a car in front of me. I was lucky that the speed of the vehicle was not very high otherwise it could have been a very serious accident.

                            Today in the morning i checked for any malfunction notification but there was none. Then i checked the brakes and they are just not responding. Upon pushing the brake paddle, it goes all the way. Even the hand brakes are not working. I have also tried to call my relationship manager but he was only offering to help with 24 hour delay. Finally i had to call mahindra rsa and they are charging rs 2, 200 just to two the vehicle because i have not subscribed for the warranty.

                            My desired resolution is a thorough check up of the car and identify all the issues that might create a problem in future. I understand that there could be unforeseen events where the car may breakdown but i just want to avoid paying for new parts often and then face issues with the same functionality of the car.

                            I also want to raise a serious complaint against the service station sree automotive kolkata for negligence on quality assurance.

                              04/09/2017 i just went to purchase xuv w10 model it took 2 days time and i was exchanging my ford endeavour against the xuv, it took 8-9 hours for the staff to finalize the cost of xuv, resale value of endeavour and the general manager is so least bother about his job and don't have any etiquette to great the customer very dull personality you should change your staff and dealer as it will going to affect the such a big brand name. No air conditioning facilities, no water and nothing offered for refreshment and very dull performance by staff least interested in selling the cars. And finally i drop the plan to buy xuv just because of the irresponsible behavior of the staff. It's a great loss for the company kindly redress the complaint and better training program should be given to the staff to treat the customer.

                                I took my car for service on saturday 2nd september 2017, following sunday 3rd september i have received a call from my service station that “ there is only water in the radiator/cooling system and no coolant in the system, would you like to change it sir?”.
                                Which shocked me since as my past experience in design of diesel systems, i very well know that this would lead premature failure of coolant pump (Wear of mechanical seal) and pitting of cylinder liners and worst cases may clog coolant jacket in the head and may lead to head gasket failure. And secondly i was very sure that there was coolant in system since i have a practice of checking all the fluid levels of all my 3 cars every month. I remember seeing coolant in the radiator during my usual monthly check.

                                So i asked them if the coolant is diluted?

                                I have been replied that “ no, there is no coolant there is only clean clear water in the system “

                                So now i was even more shocked to hear this …. I asked if i could see it?
                                They said sunday we are closed you won’t be allowed into the workshop.

                                I insisted that i am coming immediately since they are working i would like to inspect!

                                I took my other car immediately and went to inspect in the work shop. I went to my car standing in the garage i myself opened the bonnet when the supervisors came to the scene. I myself opened the radiator and found clean clear water in the system and in the reservoir. I was astonished and shocked.

                                I explained that there is no possibility of this to happen since i know there was coolant in the system.

                                The supervisor says that you might have topped up with water finding low water levels on the radiator.

                                1) if so and only “if” i did that (I am not illiterate to pour tap water with salt content into ethylene glycol coolant)…, then what we found in radiator will be a mixture of coolant and water contradicting to observation of clear water.
                                2) i am a mechanical engineer in design field of engine components and experience in cooling systems. I am not dumb to top with tap water and even if i had been a lay man (Which i am not) i would not have added tap water since coolant is colored and anyone will know that tap water is not matching with whatever is in there.

                                So i dint buy this explanation … and asked them to explain my above doubts then they go into silence.


                                Now i got really furious and got into diagnosis and told them that the engine has not been heated and so the thermostat valve would not have been opened and there might be presence of coolant in the heating coil of hvac unit and engine water jacket…if the coolant has been drained only from the radiator and reserve tank to be filled with water.

                                Now the service team of 4 to 5 guys surrounding me and my car got into senses and said we will discuss with our manager.
                                They called the manager through phone since he was not available at the premises when work was going on! And told that after seeing it only he will be able to resolve this issue so he makes me come the next morning 4th september 2017 and again i had to ask him all the questions that is testing my intelligence on the concept of radiator coolant becoming clear water!!!

                                He asks me to wait in the customer room and after some time he calls me to his office and tells me that we will bear 50% of the coolant cost and remaining by me ….

                                All my fate of giving my beloved car to a bunch of cheaters!!! “ i had to accept this since i won’t even start my engine with tap water!!!

                                And again the same evening the service center calls me and says the coolant required to fill the radiator will be 8 liters and you will bear for 4 liters …..

                                I was in doubt about the radiator volume… so i know all fluid volume is available in my owner’s manual, i found it to be 5 liters in the manual….!!

                                I want to ensure this so i have sent the forwarded mail for the customer care reference.

                                After all this i wonder what if i was really a lay man or a guy from some other profession!!!

                                This incident has lacerated the trust and belief i had in mahindra!!!

                                      I booked my scorpio s4+ on 28 july 2017 from win win automobile vidisha showroom and they promised me and give me in writing that they will deliver vehicle on 20-25 august 2017. Despite of crossing the delivery date none of the person informed me where the vehicle is. And i have also done payment and till now (On 4th september 2017) they even don't know the status of the vehicle.
                                      Extremely pathetic customer relationship and disgusting response.

                                      I would not suggest anyone to buy a vehicle from win win automobile vidisha or bhopal (M. P.).

                                        महोदय,
                                        मैं राजस्थान पत्रिका के नेशनल ब्यूरो दिल्ली में विशेष संवाददाता हूं। मेरे बड़े भाई महेश चन्द गुप्ता ने आपकी कम्पनी के भरतपुर (राजस्थान) स्थित डीलर युवा मोटर्स से २३ अक्टूबर २०१५ को महेन्द्रा गस्टो डीएक्स स्कूटर खरीदा था। स्कूटर खरीदने के साथ ही धुआं देना, एवरेज कम देना, कहीं भी बंद हो जाना और बाद में प्लग ठीक कराने के बाद ही स्टार्ट होना जैसी समस्या दे रहा था। चूंकि स्कूटर की डिलीवरी युवा मोटर्स ने हिण्डौन में बनाए हुए सब डीलर से कराई थी, इसलिए खराबी की शिकायत बारम्बार उसी सब डीलर के यहां की की गई जिसने कभी भी संतोषजनक उत्तर नहीं दिया और ना ही स्कूटर की फ्री सर्विस संतोषजनक की। सब डीलर को बारम्बार निवेदन के बावजूद जब उसने स्कूटर ठीक नहीं किया तो आपके जयपुर स्थित सर्विस इंजीनियर महेन्द्र मित्तल से उनके मोबाइल नम्बर ९८२९५९५१३२ पर बात की तो उन्होंने सब डीलर की अपेक्षा स्कूटर को युवा मोटर्स भरतपुर ले जाने को कहा। तमाम समस्याओं का सामना करते हुए स्कूटर को ११ अगस्त को भरतपुर ले जाया गया। उन्हें सभी समस्याएं भी नोट कराई गई और उनके सर्विस इंजीनियर ने आश्वासन दिया कि सभी समस्याएं दूर कर दी जाएंगी लेकिन अफसोस कि युवा मोटर्स ने भी स्कूटर को ठीक करने की अपेक्षा धो पोंछ कर दे दिया और ४०० रुपए भुगतान भी ले लिया।

                                        महोदय, स्कूटर अभी भी लगातार धुआं दे रहा है और अन्य समस्याएं भी ज्यों की त्यों हैं। स्कूटर की वारंटी अक्टूबर में समाप्त होने वाली है। मुझे उम्मीद है कि आप हस्तक्षेप कर एक उपभोक्ता को आपकी कम्पनी के प्रतिष्ठा के अनुरूप राहत दिलवाएंगे और कम्पनी के डीलर युवा मोटर्स को दंडित कर कम्पनी की प्रतिष्ठा की रक्षा करेंगे। इस पत्र के साथ आपको युवा मोटर्स में कराए गए काम के बिल के साथ स्कूटर खरीद का बिल तथा रजिस्ट्रेशन की प्रति भी संलग्र कर भेजी जा रही है। आश है आप शिकायत का निवारण कराने के साथ ही मुझे अवगत कराएंगे कि आपने डीलर को भविष्य में ऐसी हरकत नहीं करने के लिए पाबंद भी किया है।
