I have given my Mom car Mrs.SHARDA DEVI NAG, SCORPIO car no.CG17DA2266 for repairing on 14th November and they told us that they will repair and return us our car after 15 days but till now they are not giving our car .
We have came many time but they always have an excuse that they will give us in 3 days.
We have given advance also of Rs.80000.
They told us that u have given advance so we will start work from today itself but more than 3 months are gone but the work is not still completed.
I am very unsatisfied with Mahindra showroom.

    L booked for scorpio s6* by paying 10000 rupees to the sales exe. pondy on 28/10/16.they didnt show any colour assured to send in watsup.so colour was not selected by me.but no more response from the exe.after somany calls made byme after 10 days i contact pondy office and register my complaints.evenafter no response from their side.so after 16 days i given cancelation letter to the exe.and this time also no response finaly nov.16 i booked the same one in trichy dealer and got it and registeted on 1/12/16.after so many reqestation thro' phone and in person given letter on 17/12/16 and they given assurance to pay before 21/12/16 in written letter as usual no response after claiming daily by phone and the call was diverted to so many persons finaly i send message for legal action after that today they refund 9000 only.I asked for the balance they said 1000rs is charges towards booking by mahindra.I reqest you that enwuired the case and pay the whole amount to me to avoid legal proceedings thank you

      Dear Customer care team,


      This is to bring in your knowledge that yesterday (26 feb 2016) since morning 9:00 A.M. I have been into communication and shunting between the dealership in dehradun ( DDPM) and the customer care (RSA team) for my XUV 500 numbered: UP 15 CC 5100.

      This mail is to make your team understand the horrible phase and experience I had with the field team.
      After the numerous calls and discussion with customer care and RSA team the car has been picked up at 6:48 P.M.

      The background is that this is not first time i have complaint on the new purchase of Mahindra XUV from Meerut on 23 nov 2016 .I have reported same problem with my vehicle four times and 15 days back i had similar problem I was on road for hours and has got no support up to 6 hours despite repeated complaints and calls .on repeated reporting on the helpline forcibly the dealership came to rescue to pick the vehicle.The dealership sent the vehicle reporting status of vehicle as OK . I faced the similar problem again and the dealership in dehradun (DDPM) is conveyed same. Since the time I reported malfunctioning of the car on 26 feb 2016, I have been various time redirected by Mr. Rawat of DDPM Dehradun Team kept me waiting for 4 hours, telling me that someone is coming to pick up the car, but all in vain no heads turned up.

      Somehow when i re-call and re-report the problem again at helpline i was assisted with the toeing of the vehicle to the dealership,

      To check the status of my vehicle I made call to Mr. Rawat[protected] on 27 feb 2016 at 11:30 am to know the status of my vehicle, to my surprise he told me that he will be sending assistance shortly .It come to me as irony on mahindra services "Mahindra with you Hamesha" it is mahindra customers are there but Mahindra services are forbidden of customer services I told him i have sent my car to which he told me he will revert on it shortly.I am still waiting for the response.

      I sincerely request the senior members of the team to kindly intervene into the matter and respond accordingly.

        Dear Sir,
        My Car Mahindra Bolero Pikup was given for some gearbox repairing and delivery was given 23rd of Feb, 2017. The very next day the gearbox was jammed for the same reason for which the vehicle was given to the dealer.
        It was not repaired properly at all. The dealer people have sent the servicing team and they took my Bolero pikup from my residence and in midway they left my Bolero pikup and returned back to dealer without informing us.
        Now who will be responsible if my car gets stolen from the road.
        This kind of servicing was never expected from Mahindra & Mahindra Co.
        Please give us a feedback. And the Servicing Head was Mr. Piku from Jorhat.

          They are no service centres in thane as well as vasai ...the service centres and the global gallarie group have closed up and they are no authorised service centres where we can give car for servicing...
          So request you to open the new service centres as soon as possible.
          The global gallaries authorised showroom and the service centres are both closed and there are no mahindra service centres ...

            Recently i have purchased two auto from mahindra in jamui, shahdol.gave all the advances for it and all the work was done from my side
            but some of the working staff there are irrespectively indescent to the work and they do not their respective duty
            they even did not gave the registration number and its been two month from purchase.

            I applied for a car loan in Mahindra ...that show room peoples wested my 2 months...and finally they said loan was cancelled...I paid advance of 30000rs in the begin only ...now I am waiting for that amount still they making me to wait for more than 15 days...I need my money back...plsssss rectify this issue

                I have Mahindra Thar crde 4X4 model with reg. No.: BR 02 V 5628 . There was leakage in left side break oil pipe and hand break cable and part was not available in the service center then they said they will place the order and date was 29th January 2017 but till date it has not came and due to oil leak problem its breaks are not working properly and its standing from one month and now they are saying that order will come till 7th march.                   I Janardhan Wankhade have purchased Mahindra KUV 100 K-8 (6 Seater),
                  Vehicle no MH 03 CB 3642, Purchase Date: - 20th April 2016, Kilometre Run is 15170.

                  As there is problem in Clutch and Pick-up after 3rd service, Global Gallerie Thane has updated some software in 3rd service. Before 3rd.service there not any single problem in vehicle. After 3rd service problem started of clutch and Pick-up and for same reason I have visited 3-4 times at Global Gallerie Thane to resolve the Issue but no result.

                  So I request u to look in to matter and do the needful at earliest.

                    Today i have done running repair at haryana automobiles palwal (Haryana) of maximo plus. Reg no - hr73 8819. Invoice no - ro17a003712.
                    But i regret to inform you that service provided to me is very poor. The staff co-operation was also very poor.
                    In stores, some important spare parts also were not available.
                    And most importantly customers are not advised by your staff at all. Staff communication skills are also very poor.

                      I had some service work done after one of the minor accident i had. The quality of repair work done is worsy and looks like the work is been done by untrained workers. All the paint work is like a local worker shop doing the paint. I had no issue with my cars bumper but it is worst now. Everywhere is extra paint and quality is very poor. My car get repaired/serviced at tirupathi automobile bijnor up20an2222 and after seeing the work done i am surprised and there is a question on the quality. The bonut is totally worst now. Bumper looks like some one locally painted by untrained staff. Please take a look into this matter and do a check on procedure this service centre at bijnor us following.

                        My XUV500 Reg.No. KL01 BH 9722 - chasis no. MA1YL2HJUC6K85598 is being serviced in TVS, Karaman, those who are the service agent of Mahindra. the vehicle's complaints on suspension, noise at 80km speeds have been repeatedly raised to service manager since last 3 services and are deliberatly ignored with statement that as and when the vehicle break downs, the issue could be rectified.
                        since the service is non satisfactory from the service agent, please be requested to take necessary action to advise service center to rectify my vehicle as compliant free in all aspect.

                          My Quanto Car with description C8 BS IB 2WD RHD 7SF ABAG SM and Registered Number KL - 03 - W5445 having dealership with T V SUNDARAM IYENGAR & SONS LTD. deliverd on 03/12/2012 is having regular clutch complaint. Being Hydrolic system changing the clutch is highly expensive. Within 4 years I have to change it thrice. It causes not only economic losses but also mental and physical strain during long journey. Last time it was in September 2016 during a trip from Pathanamthitta to Guruvayur . The complaint was repaired in Eram Motors Pvt. Ltd., Thrissur and the Bill aount was about Rs.16000/. Again the crane charges etc. These occured thrice. Moreover, trying to sell or exchange the same, it causes a great loss. Can you suggest a remedy or do anything helpful?

                          Several enquiries were made by the service centers and informed that they would visit and examine the vehicle. But nobody came yet. My complaint is not against the last service. The repeated clutch complaint causes a great trouble during long journey. The trouble is occuring on the way of long trips. I have driven/owned maruti and tata cars and none of them gave so much trouble. The company should take urgent action to find out the cause of the trouble and should rectify it. The company should take back the sold units and compensate to improve reputation.

                            Bought Scorpio S-8 in October, 14 from Atmaram Motors Agra, since second free service had issues on wrong charges being informed by Dealership to me. Since post third service which was done in November, 16 my vehicle has random alarm coming "ATTENTION CHECK OIL PRESSURE" which was through intervene by your Noida office was resolved. Now I have moved to Ahmedabad & this problem again came in Third week of January, 17 which your Dealership Punjab Automobiles, Ahmedabad had addressed & kept vehicle with them for 3 days. Again today morning this problem has started, as customer I feel cheated being currently my vehicle under warranty.

                              Last day i visited your showroom provincial automobile (midc nagpur) for enquiry of xuv500, the sales executive treated me as a time pass customer and didn't even take the courtesy to explain features of car niether offered test-drive.After demanding for test drive for 3-4 tines he then gave me a test drive. Uptill that was ok i was willing to book the vehicle, but in between i enquired about the intellihybrid technology offered in scorpio. I compared that technology with marutis shvs, he called that technology a cheap technology and started arguing with me about that in a very rough tone and when he was not able to counter attack my questions he started using foul language with me and was directly indicating that i don't own a status to own a xuv500, and was so aggressive in talking as if he will kill me. Even the managers attitude was not good he was blaming me that as a customer i cannot shout even if anyone uses foul language or do anything to me.When i said i will complaint about it so they were like do whatever you like to do.
                              So please kindly look into this matter and communicate me with proper follow up.Thank you.

                                I was sittting in my mahindra xuv500 and the windsheild started cracking but no external role was in play i dont get what kind of cars do you make though my car was in warranty period but what guarantee do i have that the new same wont happen with the new windsheild its such a pain after spending so much of money u have go through all this now plz maje sure u get back to me at[protected] or [protected] my friends who also have got a mahindra xuv 500 have registered this complain tell me what should i do if it breaks again when its warraty period has ended make sure u get to me or i would have to go to consumer court

                                  I sapna jain wove mahindra quanto model e 8 version 2014, purchased at m&nmotors rajamahendravaram 533107, east godavari district andhra pradesh. Registration number of vehicle is ap37cb5356, in service checkup went to show room on[protected], with a complaint in the engine. Checked by the thecnicians they came to know leak in the turbopipe. So they said that you have to change the turbo pipe which was not present, so they given a time of 10days to replace. But up to today means[protected]
                                  Daily we are making call to service point but there's a answer that pipe had not came from the company. Is it's a dealer fault, or company's fault which we are not understanding. Nearly 40days have gone my vehicle problem not solved. Is company is not concentrating the issues of customers need. So please solve the problem it's good will question of company.

                                      - No correct information provided on any of the websites for service information.
                                      - No one addressing the calls and hanging up while speaking over the call.
                                      - Requested a call back from the company and still no respose for over a day.
                                      - Called several times and no response from company.
                                      - I recommend not to go for mahindra cars i will personally refer no 1 to go for their cars pathetic service providing.
